For better data protection, an analysis is setup by default on your platform.
A security check is made as soon as you add a file under 10Mo and for any tool (Synchronization, Network drive or web browser)
If something wrong is detected, administrator will be sent an email with a warning that file or folder has not been added and user account will be deactivated.
Find this feature
- Login with an administrator account on your NetExplorer platform, then go to Configuration/Security & Compliance
- Get to the bottom of page to "Other" section
Notes
- As soon as a file is uploaded, antivirus check does its job and analyzes content of file.
- Tool also checks for file extensions which gives another level of security on your platform.
