Delegation

Delegation allows you to give partial access and group management to users without grant of administrator privileges. 

Therefore, this user will be able to create new users in a group and edit them.

How to set delegation on a groupe ?

• From platform, select PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
• in GROUPS tab, spot the group and click on .
• in DELEGATES tab, you will see the list of delegates if there is already.
• Click on ADD A DELEGATE if you want to add a new delegate
• Spot the user, click on and PICK.

This workmate is now able to access partially the admin section PLATFORM MANAGEMENT for the GROUP and USERS tab.

How to deactivate delegation on a group ?

• From your NetExplorer platform, select PLATFORM MANAGEMENT.
• From GROUPS tab, spot the groupe and click on.
• From DELEGATES tab, you will find the list of delegates.
• To delete one or more delegates, click on button at the end of the line

How to know on which groups a user has delegation ?

• From your NetExplorer platform, select PLATFORM MANAGEMENT.
• From USERS tab, spot a user and click on .
• From DELEGATES tab, you will see the list of groupes on which user has delegation.
• To add user as delegate on other groups, select ADD A GROUP
• Spot the group, click on  then  button at the bottom right.
