Grant access to whole user list for delegates

You designed a delegate but user cannot access the whole list of users on platform.

This is a security, do not worry, this limitation is by design.

Delegate can only see people from his own group.

If delegate tries to create a new user who already exists in other groupes he will get an error message :

➔ As an administrator, you will have to put users in tour delegate's group.

To discharge yourself from this task, you can create a transversal group which will include the whole list of users. This will allow delegates to see all of the users.

From platform : 

• Go to platform MANAGEMENT/GROUPS tab then add a group.
• Name groupe and add everyone with button + ADD.
• Save
• Edit group.
• From DELEGATES tab, add all delegates and SAVE.

For delegates to see every members of the transversal group, if they are already connected, then they will have to reconnect to their account.
