Creation of signature request
Add of a complete electronic signature solution supporting eIDAS Simple, Advanced and Qualified levels.
Creation of signature request in three modes :
Sequential (predefined signature orders),
Simultaneous/Parallel (parallel signing),
Mass (autonomous sending (without coordination between each).
Integration of optional prior approval for sequential and simultaneous signatures.
Ability to add carbon copy members (up to 50 recipients).
Advanced setup of documents to be signed :
Add of fields (signature, text, checkbox, initials),
Multiple PDF files management (up to 50 files, 50MB per file)
Setting up of configurable automatic reminders (2, 7 or 14 days, up to 5 times).
Signature tracking
New “Received signatures” section available for every user with the Netexplorer Sign option.
New “Requested signatures” section for users with this option, with history preservation even after removal.
Filters by status :
Received : All, Pending, Completed, Rejected.
Requested : All, Pending, Completed (Obtained/Rejected), Drafts, Canceled.
View the reason for rejection by signer or approver.
Secure download :
Proof folders and signed files for obtained request,
Signed files for received signatures once signed.
Export of tracking and activity data in CSV et XLS formats.
Detailed workflow display :
Full view of signatories and approvers for sequenced signatures,
View per signatory for parallel signatures.

Management of subscriptions, quotas and credits via sales department.
