Update published in the evening of 2025 Novembre 12th

New features for Share product :

• Default feature Portals can be setup from now.

• From the setup option limits.admin_shares, administrators can now access content of an existing portal. This feature allows easier control and audit of exchanged data.

• New email alert feature, which can be activated by users to stay informed about the latest documents added for each portal.
