Share evolves, new feature is available : Portals.

This new feature allows users to create secured document sharing spaces with externals (subcontractors, clients, partners) or with other internal members of the organization.

Thanks to portals, you can now :

• Create your own portals and spécify expiration date for each one of them

• 

• Add files, create folders and manages structure on 3 levels

  

• Invite users with specific rights (preview, download, download and deposit)

• Manage your portals and the portals shared with you

• Follow activity on portals from its creation and for3 months

  

• View and download files

Each portal has a unique access link allowing users to access it directly. Each access is authentified and logged to ensure perfect traceability.

As an Administrator, you have acces to a dashboard for management of existing portals, where you can see members and the amount of space used.
