Share evolves, new feature is available : Portals.
This new feature allows users to create secured document sharing spaces with externals (subcontractors, clients, partners) or with other internal members of the organization.
Thanks to portals, you can now :
Create your own portals and spécify expiration date for each one of them
Add files, create folders and manages structure on 3 levels
Invite users with specific rights (preview, download, download and deposit)
Manage your portals and the portals shared with you
Follow activity on portals from its creation and for3 months
View and download files
Each portal has a unique access link allowing users to access it directly. Each access is authentified and logged to ensure perfect traceability.
As an Administrator, you have acces to a dashboard for management of existing portals, where you can see members and the amount of space used.
