You can setup access policy directly for everyone or groups or users.

On users or groups

• From your NetExplorer platform,
• Go to Management/users (or Groups), click on 3 dots/modify to open edition of user/group.
• 
• in the window, go to "access policy" tab and tick this option :

• From your Netexplorer plateform,
• Go to Configuration/Security and compliance and click on : 
• 

(Once modifications are made, it will change options for users whose options are set on "default")

Don't forget to save modifications !

There you can :

• Setup specific IPs
• Allow synchronization with NetExplorer Drive (or NetSync)
• Allow use of mobile apps
• Allow use of connectors (Outlook, Teams or Google)
• Force MFA (multi factor authentifation) :
  • with Yubikey
  • with OTP
  • with SMS
  • Via Email
• Setup day and time range when connexion is allowed

Example

• You forced double authentication (MFA) Vous avez forcé une double authentification. When user will connect, he will have to setup double authentication method.

When this method is set, administrator can see it in the user's panel

*NB: user needs to reset authentication after change or loss of the phone, as an administrator you will have to click on this icon in order to delete previous method. 

User will then have to login again and validate the new OTP QR code by scanning it with any authentication app.

• You have setup a double authentication (MFA) with SMS. the number you will fill in the form must respect the follwing :

+336xxxxxxxx ou 00336xxxxxxxx for international

Notes

According to subscription, you will be able to add MFAs for users.

Most recent offers allow you to use any type of double authentication.
