To help you keep a consistent record of user actions, we store deleted users in our database throughout the lifetime of your platform.

If you wish to delete them permanently, you can configure this purge.

Configure the purging of users deleted from your platform

When a user is deleted from your (wich means delete not deactivate), we keep somme user's informationsin in order to maintain full traceability of the documents they own.

You can configure, on your side, the total purging of these users, by activating the automatic purge of deleted accounts. 

Go to the administration area of your platform, at the bottom left of your browser page

• Click on the Configuration tab
• Go to the Security & Compliance menu
• Click on Compliance, and activate the push button.

Then your user will be definitively deleted from our database and all documents he's owning will appears like :
